Music at St. Paul

Music is one of God’s greatest gifts and has been used as a means to recall God’s acts of mercy and grace and to praise and thank Him for His goodness. At St. Paul we treasure the rich heritage of Lutheran worship in both hymnody and liturgy.

To enrich the Divine Service and to teach the faith through song to our children, St. Paul offers a number of adult and youth choirs.

Senior Choir:  All St. Paul members are invited to participate in this choir that sings at least two Sundays every month and at special midweek services. Rehearsals are Wednesday evenings at 7:30 PM.

St. Paul Chimes Choir:  The Chimes Choir also practices on Wednesday evenings and plays in worship about once a month from October through May.

Junior Choir:  Sunday School children in 3rd through 6th grades sing in the Junior Choir. Practice is every Sunday during the Sunday School hour and the choir sings once a month.

Junior Chimes Choir:  The Junior Chimes is school-aged children that play chimes around five times per year. Practices occur before each service that they are scheduled to participate
